Studio Rates – 

Pre-recorded studio time:

$150 – per hour (1 hour minimum)

Live Stream studio time:

$100 - per hour (1 hour minumum)

Crew Rates – Videographers

Videographer:

$500 – Half Day Videographer (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)

$1000 – Full Day Videographer (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)

$150 – Additional Videographer hours (after day rate of 8 hours)

 

*Our videographers can function as one or more of the following:

Director, DP, Gaffer, Cam Op and Audio Tech

 

Production Assistant:

$150 – Half Day Assistant (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)

$300 – Full Day Assistant (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)

 

** Crew rates are applicable to nearly all Multimedia Maze media services including events, interviews, training videos and more.

Video Equipment Rates

Basic Video Equipment:

$150 - Digital HD 4K Cameras

$100 – Basic Professional Audio (Wireless mic)

$100 – Basic Professional Light Kit

$150 – Basic Cinematic Motion Tools (Segway Ninebot S , Slider / Jib Crane)

$150 – Teleprompter (requires an operator, can be client or interviewee)

 

Post Production Rates

Video Editing:

$150/hr – Basic Video Editing Hourly Rate (ie: sync, cut, color)

Add-Ons:

$100 – Each licensed music track

$400 – Up to 3 minutes of voiceover

$50 – Additional voice over minute

$100 – Stock Video Clips (each)

** Typically 1 hour of shooting requires 2 hours of editing.

** Multiple deliverables typically require more time in post.

** Additional fees for needs such as voice overs, music licensing, etc.

$400 – Location Scouting (1-3 minute video)

Pre-Production Add-On

$300 – Models / Actors Day Rate

$500 - Preproduction planning, strategy and consultation session

*We recommend our pre-production crew be on site to direct or assistant direct. This requires a crew day or half-day rate

 

Live Streaming Rates

Crew

$300 – Half Day Crew Member (up to 4 hours on site including set up)

$600 – Full Day Crew Member (4-8 hours on site including set up)

$150 / h – Additional Hours

$150 – Advanced day site visit / scouting or test

*Crew member can be a switcher operator, a camera op, director, etc

*Advanced site visit and test is required for most jobs.

*A 2 hour set-up is required on the day of the job.

$150 – Half Day Assistant (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)

$200 – Full Day Assistant (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)

 

Photo Editing:

$30/h – Basic Photo Editing (crop, exposure, white balance, levels)

$60/h – Advanced Photo Editing (Photoshop, green screen, HDR, etc)

$$$ – Rush Deadline Editing. 24 hour and overnight options available

*Estimate an hour of editing for every hour shooting.

Bulk Headshots and Portraits Rates

$400 – Half Day Photographer (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)
